Stephen Hammett - Group Managing Director
Stephen Hammett has been involved in the Cleaning Industry for over 20 years and is the founder and Managing Director of Solo Service Group.
His main aim is to provide 100% customer satisfaction, coupled with growth and professionalism of the group.
Caroline Cooper BA (Hons) - Deputy Managing Director
Caroline commenced her career in the Security Industry working very closely with the recruitment and training of Security personnel and quality management.
Joining Solo Service Group through acquisition Caroline initially managed the human resource aspects of the business. Caroline now, together with our Managing Director supports the business in all aspects and requirements to provide a quality cleaning service to all clients
Caroline Sypliwtchak ACMA - Finance Director
Caroline joined the company with a wealth of experience after working for 12 years in Thorn.
She is responsible for all financial aspects of the company including the payroll and accounts departments with a team of 10 reporting into her.
Paul Drakeley - Divisional Director
Paul has been in the cleaning industry for over 13 years and joined Solo Service Group 8 years ago.
Paul operates out of our Oldbury and Liverpool Offices and is responsible for the running of our contracts in Midlands and the North.
Ron Martin - Divisional Director
Ron Martin has over 22yrs experience in the cleaning industry and is used to running large portfolios through the Thames Valley Region.
Ron will be responsible for the running of the contracts in the South East, with a team of staff to support him.
Darren Rees Chartered FCIPD - HR Director
Darren has a over 10 years of experience at senior level within Human Resource Management. During his career he has worked for both multinational and privately owned companies across a variety of industry sectors including manufacturing and service providers.
Darren is responsible for all HR activities across the group including resourcing, industrial relations, training and development.
Denna Exon Smith BSc (Hons) - Health & Safety Manager
Denna has worked for Solo Service Group for many years and is integral to the business. Denna is an environmental risk management graduate and is responsible for all health & safety and training matters for the group.
She and her team are charged with ensuring that all of our staff are working in both a safe and healthy working environment.
