In compliance with Government recommendations and to ensure our staff are able to limit their contact with others, we have now taken the step of closing our head office in Swansea.
We have worked to ensure measures are in place to support this move and to ensure that both our customers and staff are able to continue to receive advice and support via our Helpdesk during the coming weeks.
To that end, we have taken steps to ensure our essential staff have the ability to work from home in order to maintain support for the many contracts we deliver whose staff are classed as key workers, delivering frontline services during this national emergency.

Staff – Frequently asked questions and how you should raise queries
Employees who are self-isolating due to Covid-19 symptoms either themselves or in their household need to complete an Online Isolation Form. This can be found here: https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note/ and you need to select ‘Send to the Employer Directly’.
All staff with questions about their role or who wish to advise regarding isolation should contact their Manager in the first instance. Our team is dealing with a large amount of questions and we promise, we will respond through the management chain as quickly as we can. If you are uncertain who your manager is, please refer to the list below.
