In compliance with Government recommendations and to ensure our staff are able to limit their contact with others, we have now implemented social distancing and sanitisation measures at our head office in Swansea and all local, regional offices. All visitors should make prior appointments before attending our offices. All visitors must report to reception for temperature checking and will be asked to follow health and safety guidance while on site.

Staff – Frequently asked questions and how you should raise queries
Employees who are self-isolating due to Covid-19 symptoms either themselves or in their household need to complete an Online Isolation Form. This can be found here: https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note/ and you need to select ‘Send to the Employer Directly’.
All staff with questions about their role or who wish to advise regarding isolation should contact their Manager in the first instance. Our team is dealing with a large amount of questions and we promise, we will respond through the management chain as quickly as we can. If you are uncertain who your manager is, please refer to the list below.
